"Rowed Out" by The Eyes
The Eyes formed in London in 1964, ushering in pure 60's Mod-rock filled with teen angst, adrenaline pumped guitar, and radical vocals. The Eyes started out as The Renegades, an instrumental band until they added a vocalist. Although they never made it huge, 'Rowed Out' and other singles like 'When The Night Falls' and their homage to The Who 'My Degeneration' are comparable to all the good stuff coming out of the UK at the time [ie The Who, Kinks, Small Faces]. If you're in to 60s Mod and garage, meet The Eyes.
