Hand Me Ups is proud to announce our next up and coming project, Shaka Me Ups, in collaboration with social entrepreneur Calvin Saxton and his killer brand – Kid Creature. On July 12th Hand Me Ups will be releasing a limited edition collaboration tee done up by Calvin to be sold exclusively at Thalia Surf Shop in Laguna Beach, CA and on their web store at thaliasurf.com for the duration of the 2012 summer. 100% of proceeds from this exclusive tee will be donated to Hand Me Ups and used specifically for a series of workshops and clinics geared to keep young groms off the street, out of trouble, and into a positive, uplifting environment. These surf, skate, and art clinics will be held with influential “go-getters” like professional surfer Ford Archbold, professional skateboarder Tyler Mumma, musician Levi Prairie, and of course, artist Calvin Saxton along with the support of Thalia Surf Shop.
