Morning of the Earth Movie Event Recap!

We wrapped up the Movie Screening of Morning of the Earth around 9 pm on Friday, and it was a solid turn out! Justin from MOTE who put on the event was a huge help, and he brought us some incredible LIMITED merch, including tees, hoodies, dvds, vinyl, and the 50th Anniversary book of MOTE, which includes links to the original movie, as well as the RE-MOTE lost reels movie. PT Townend showed up for the screening and we were stoked! PT sat front row, and plenty of surf enthusiasts hooted and hollered when a clip of PT showed up in the lost reels across the screen. Lots of good times, pizza, drinks, and the raddest movie soundtrack there ever was to keep the stoke alive. Michael Peterson's section in the film was so far beyond its time. MP and his board were a perfect match, while he was riding that right hander! Enjoy these photos from the event, and if you can, try and make it out for our next screening!
