Thursday Tunage: Son House

We're all gettin' amped for tonight's Wax Ball Vol. 5, and in getting prepped for it we thought we'd share with you our favorite blues legend of all time: Son House.
Born in 1902 in the Mississippi Delta, House served time in prison for killing a man (sentenced 15, served only 2) and as the story goes it was in self defense. After he got out of the 'Farm', he became friends with legends like Charlie Patton, Willie Brown and Robert Johnson. They all started playing gigs together around that time and the rest is in the history books.
See you tonight for some more Booze and Blues!
