Domestic Shipping: Apparel

For domestic shipping, rates apply to the number of items ordered, their weight, and size. Thalia Surf offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $75 excluding surfboards. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for delivery after your item(s) leave our store. 

International Shipping: Apparel

Thalia Surf can ship to nearly any country. During checkout, locate and select your country from the drop down list, and you will see the shipping cost for your country applied to the order total. Please allow up to 7 weeks for delivery after your item(s) leave our store. *It is a policy that we cannot send anyone new product to replace what was lost in transit, or refund any customer for their product that has gone missing.*

New Zealand: 25-35 Days

Australia: 25-35 days

Canada: 10-15 Days

United Kingdom: 12-20 Days

Surfboard Shipping Policy: Domestic

All surfboards shipped in the US will have a packaging fee of $65.00 per board. This will ensure that you receive your board in good condition. We use a freight carrier, and you must be present at time of delivery to receive and inspect the board(s). You must report any damages at the time of delivery with driver present. Domestic shipment prices vary on destination, but typically do not exceed $200 for delivery to the East Coast.

Surfboard Shipping Policy: International

Surfboard shipping rates for International orders will be applied accordingly depending on length and place of shipping. We will send you the quote before processing your order to confirm the purchase. Once the board has been picked up, you will be contacted by one of our shipping providers with a tracking number and to set up a time and date for delivery with you.

If delivery is to Japan, we use Map Cargo for shipping. Shipping ranges from $200 - $450 depending on the size and weight of the board for a door to airport service. If you would like a residential delivery, the price will increase based on the distance needed to travel from the closest airport.

All other International orders will be shipped via Stevens Global. Prices vary on destination, and we will contact you with a quote as soon as we have it. Your order will not be processed unless you approve the quote.

Thalia Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Thalia Surf Online purchase, the please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date you received the shipment. Please include the original tags (still attached) and the original receipt. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another or apply Store Credit with your billing name and information. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Item(s) must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. Refunds are issued in form of Store Credit if the return exceeds 30 days from initial purchase. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or handling charges. Surfboard and Sale item(s) are Final.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Please contact Thalia Surf Shop directly to initiate the warranty and repair process.

Thalia Surf Shop offers a 6 month from purchase date manufacturer warranty on our Thalia Surf Wetsuits. Warranty repairs cover any apparent malfunctions under normal use like a zipper that’s busted or a seam that’s torn. Warranty repairs are free of charge.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Non-Warranty repairs cover damage caused by normal wear and tear that is not caused by a malfunction. Examples include: a blown-out panel, a fin cut, worn material, extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided. We charge for non-warranty repairs. Our wetsuit experts at Thalia Surf Shop will contact you if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

HOW DO WE DECIDE IF IT’S A WARRANTY OR NON-WARRANTY REPAIR?

Someone from Thalia Surf Shop will determine whether your wetsuit repair qualifies under our warranty or if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY

1. Contact customer service by phone at (949) 497-3292 or by e-mail at orders@thaliasurf.com
2. Download wetsuit repair form above.
3. Please include the following in your e-mail:

- Your name, shipping address, and contact information

- Photos of the defected wetsuit

- Description of your warranty

3. After contacting the warranty department, ship your warranty promptly to:

WHAT SHOULD I DO FIRST?

If you purchased the wetsuit from thaliasurf.com, please fill out the Thalia Surf  Wetsuit Repair Form in the link here:

Wetsuit Repair Form and Warranty Information. Please write as clearly as possible, provide as much detailed information as you can and give us a detailed description of the repair needed. Also, mark the area in need of repair on one of the wetsuit drawings on the repair form.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WETSUIT

1. Please make sure your wetsuit is washed thoroughly, dirt/sand free, and completely dry. Unfortunately, we can’t repair suits that are sandy, dirty or wet since they may damage our machines.
2. Make sure the box you use to ship the wetsuit in is large enough to prevent from too much creasing.
3. Place the Thalia Surf Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit along with a copy of your original packing slip.

Turnaround time is approximately 5 - 7 business days from the time your suit is received (excluding shipping).
