Thane Russal, also known as Doug Gibbons recorded this song in '66, a cover of an Otis Redding tune. They flopped in the UK but made it big in Oz [of course]. You may have also heard some of his earlier stuff when he was the frontman of the 60s UK band The Outsiders. Diggin' this jam.
