Does Thalia Surf offer gift cards?
Thalia Surf gift cards come in two forms. If you will be shopping online, you can buy a thaliasurf.com e-gift card here, which works for all online purchases. If you will be shopping in our Laguna Beach store, you can purchase a gift card during open business hours and use it for any in store purchases. The two gift cards are not interchangeable, however. If you have any questions regarding this, please send us an email at orders@thaliasurf.com or give us a call at the shop during business hours (949) 497-3292.
How can I check the balance of my Thalia Surf gift card?
If you wish to check the balance of your Thalia Surf store gift card, feel free to stop by the shop or give us a call.
How do I redeem my Thalia Surf e-gift card?
During the checkout process, there will be a space for you to enter the code you were emailed after purchasing the gift card. If the balance due on your order exceeds the Thalia Surf e-gift card balance, you may use another accepted payment method to complete your purchase. Any unused portion of your Thalia Surf e-gift card will remain for future use. If you have any trouble redeeming your gift card, send us an email or give us a call!

How do I check the status of my order?
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you need any further assistance checking on your order please email orders@thaliasurf.com.
Can I add or remove items from my order once it has been submitted?
If you realize that you need to make a change to your order, you can email orders@thaliasurf.com or call the store to request a change. However, because we aim to process and ship you your order in a timely manner, it may not be possible for us to accommodate any changes to your order once it has been processed and shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email orders@thaliasurf.com with your request or give us a call. However, because we aim to process and ship you your order in a timely manner, it may not be possible for us to accommodate any cancellations. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to immediately cancel it. We can refund you once you have received your order, and you have sent it back to us.

Does Thalia Surf ship outside of the US?
Yes we do! Just select your country during the checkout process and if you have any questions please feel free to email orders@thaliasurf.com
What are your international shipping fees?
All international shipping fees are based on your shipping location, the number of items ordered, and their size or weight.
How will I pay duties and taxes?
International customers will be responsible for the payment of any duties and/or taxes. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. We will not be able to refund the original shipping fee to any customer who refuses their order. In addition, the customer will be responsible for an additional $25 fee to help cover our cost for return customs fees and shipping. It is highly recommended that you contact your country’s customs office for an estimate of fees before placing an order with us.
How do I complete an International return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please visit the Returns Page and follow the instructions provided there. If you have any questions or concerns please email orders@thaliasurf.com or give us a call. Do note that Thalia Surf cannot refund you for your original or return shipping charges.

What if I purchase an item and it goes on sale?
We would be more than happy to provide a price adjustment on any item(s) that goes on sale within 30 days of your original purchase date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you you are unhappy with any items you’ve received, simply return it to Thalia Surf within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange, full refund, or a store credit that never expires. All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Items cannot be used, washed, or altered in any way
- All tags must be in place
- Footwear must be in its original box
- Swimwear must have hygiene liners in place
- All surfboard sales are final
- All sale and curiosities items are final
- Original packing slip must be included
How do I return an item?
Please use our Return Form and include it in your return. Also please ensure it meets the requirements listed above and that the original shipping label is removed or covered and the package is securely sealed. Once completed, send your package to this address:

For your security, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and retain your tracking number for reference. Thalia Surf cannot accept COD deliveries and is not responsible for returns that are not received.
What do I do if I’ve received a defective or incorrect item?
If for some reason you have received a defective or incorrect item(s), please email orders@thaliasurf.com. We will work with you to identify and resolve the issue.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to two weeks after we have received your return package for the processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an addition two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to return to your account.

Thalia Surf Shipping Policy
Thalia Surf offers free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental U.S.! We ship to all 50 United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the number of items ordered, their weight, and size.
Domestic Shipping: Apparel
For Domestic shipping the rates apply to the number of item(s) ordered. You can choose from a variety of shipping options from Express Shipping to First Class Mail, depending on how much you want to pay and the urgency of the order. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Ground shipping can take up to 1 week to arrive after leaving from Thalia Surf Shop. Express shipping will take 1-2 days to arrive after leaving from Thalia Surf Shop.
International Shipping: Apparel
For International shipping, rates apply to the number of item(s) ordered and their weight. You will be notified via email with your tracking information once the label has been printed. Shipping can take up to 7 weeks to arrive after leaving Thalia Surf Shop if you choose First Class Mail International. If you would like a tracking number and quicker shipping, we strongly recommend choosing Priority Mail to ship your order. First Class Mail does not offer a tracking number for most destinations once the order leaves the USA.
Surfboard Shipping Policy: Domestic
All surfboard orders will have a $65.00 packaging fee applied per board. We use a freight service for surfboards, and you must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the board and report any damage immediately. Cost of delivery varies by destination, but typically does not exceed $200 if delivered to the East Coast. We will contact you to confirm the cost of shipping prior to shipment.
Surfboard Shipping Policy: International
Surfboard shipping rates for International orders will be applied accordingly depending on length and place of shipping. We will send you the quote before processing your order to confirm the purchase. Once the board has been picked up, you will be contacted by one of our shipping providers with a tracking number and to set up a time and date for delivery with you.
If delivery is to Japan, we use Map Cargo for shipping. Shipping ranges from $200 - $350 depending on the size and weight of the board for a door to airport service. If you would like a residential delivery, the price will increase based on the distance needed to travel from the closest airport.
All other International orders will be shipped via Stevens Global. Prices vary on destination, and we will contact you with a quote as soon as we have it. Your order will not be processed unless you approve the quote.

DELAYS DURING COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, a few of our services are experiencing delays. Due to packages not finding their customers during this crazy time, we must put forth a policy regarding this issue. *It is a policy that we cannot send anyone new product to replace what was lost in transit, or refund any customer for their product that has gone missing.*
Currently all international packages are expecting delays, due to lower number of planes in the air at the moment, as well as other restrictions that have been implemented due to COVID-19.

Thalia Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Thalia Surf Online purchase, the please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date you received the shipment. Please include the original tags (still attached) and the original receipt. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another or apply Store Credit with your billing name and information. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Item(s) must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. Refunds are issued in form of Store Credit if the return exceeds 30 days from initial purchase. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or handling charges. Surfboard and Sale item(s) are Final.

Thalia Surf Shop offers a 6 month from purchase date manufacturer warranty on our Thalia Surf Wetsuits. Warranty repairs cover any apparent malfunctions under normal use like a zipper that’s busted or a seam that’s torn. Warranty repairs are free of charge.
NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
Non-Warranty repairs cover damage caused by normal wear and tear that is not caused by a malfunction. Examples include: a blown-out panel, a fin cut, worn material, extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided. We charge for non-warranty repairs. Our wetsuit experts at Thalia Surf Shop will contact you if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

WHAT SHOULD I DO FIRST?
If you purchased the wetsuit from thaliasurf.com, please fill out the Thalia Surf Wetsuit Repair Form in the link here:
Wetsuit Repair Form and Warranty Information. Please write as clearly as possible, provide as much detailed information as you can and give us a detailed description of the repair needed. Also, mark the area in need of repair on one of the wetsuit drawings on the repair form.
HOW TO SHIP YOUR WETSUIT
- Please make sure your wetsuit is washed thoroughly, dirt/sand free, and completely dry. Unfortunately, we can’t repair suits that are sandy, dirty or wet since they may damage our machines.
- Make sure the box you use to ship the wetsuit in is large enough to prevent from too much creasing.
- Place the Thalia Surf Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit along with a copy of your original packing slip.
