Come join us this upcoming Thursday, Oct. 9th for the next installment of our ongoing concert series, The Wax Ball. This month's featured bands are Drinking Flowers and Black Sea!
Drinking Flowers are fresh off a killer set at the annual Desert Stars Fest held at Pappy and Harriets in Pioneertown, CA. They shared the stage with Joel Gion, Death Valley Girls and Alex Maas of The Black Angels. They never cease to amaze when they take the stage with their neo-psych/garage rock. Black Sea is a California-based band that recently toured the states with Cosmonauts. "Their debut album, Keep Smiling, jumps happily onto the dream-pop bandwagon and directs it into wonderfully sunny territory.
